SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The Carpet Cellar provides free delivery on all items purchased from its website. In certain international shipment, an additional cost may be levied. This is on a case-by-case basis and The Carpet Cellar reserves the right to amend the delivery cost as indicated by its logistics partner.

The estimated time of delivery is between 5-7 working days. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 5 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The Carpet Cellar holds all it’s stock and the buyer can always rest assured that the product would be received within the specified time.

For ‘Out of Stock’ items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Contact Us” form to intimate us of your interest and we shall revert as soon as the stock is replenished.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your order, post your confirmation, via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges ( except in the case of International Shipping). The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

International Delivery

The Carpet Cellar does deliver items internationally. Currently, payment for international delivery is through Paypal, however, we are in the process of adding other payment options.
