Faisal International Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic: We offer ground delivery to India. Any taxes levied on orders are the responsibility of the customer. Payment for Indian customers is via Razorpay, and soon would add other payment gateways as well.

International: We offer worldwide shipping. The taxes and discounted rates are calculated at checkout. Any import fee or taxes levied on orders are the responsibility of the customer. Review the fees implemented by your government before purchasing. Currently, payment for international delivery is through PayPal, Stripe but however, we are in the process of adding other payment options.

  • Rug orders are delivered within 10-15 working days from the date of shipping.
  • Cushion/Pillow orders are delivered within 7-12 working days from the date of shipping.
  • Carpets and Cushions are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

For ‘Out of Stock’ items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Contact Us” form to intimate us of your interest and we shall revert as soon as the stock is replenished.

With every order, you will receive an email to the email id provided by you containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers like FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, or others . If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your order, post your confirmation, via Government Registered Bookpost, or Speedpost.

Warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges (except in the case of International Shipping). The product price mentioned on the website is the final price.
