Refund Cancellation Policy

To request a refund or replacement for rugs and pillows, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns.

Faisal International does not cover the cost of return shipping. All items must be unused to qualify for a return or exchange. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5 days.

Please provide multiple images of the product: one showing any damage and another showing it securely packed. This is necessary for us to process your return or exchange. Email at [email protected].

Faisal International reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standards.

Custom orders, sale items, or discounted items cannot be returned.
