Rug Care

Our rugs are made from 100% wool, a natural fiber known for its self-cleaning properties. To learn more, feel free to download our detailed care guide.

Trim, Don’t Pull
If you spot a yarn sticking out, resist the urge to tug it. Simply use a pair of scissors to trim the thread gently.

Spills Happen
Act quickly if there’s a spill—gently blot the area using a clean, damp cloth or paper towel. Avoid rubbing to prevent the liquid from spreading.

Vacuuming Tips
Use a high-pile vacuum setting for routine cleaning. When your rug is new, you may need to vacuum it 1–3 times a week. Over time, once a week is typically sufficient, depending on how much foot traffic it gets.

Deep Cleaning
For a thorough cleaning, we recommend using a professional rug cleaning service at least once a year. Choose someone experienced with wool or handmade rugs for the best results.

We offer worldwide shipping to most international locations using reliable door-to-door services with full tracking. Our goal is to dispatch all orders through the fastest available shipping method.
